Still, regular sharpening is recommended to ensure that any bacteria build-up will be rid off. But with a pencil eyeliner, you should be very careful when applying it onto your lower eyelashes edge so that tissues would not be pulled in the process. With a pencil eyeliner, you should begin applying it onto the inner corner of each eye. You can also apply both on the upper and the lower part of the eyelashes when you choose to use a pencil eyeliner. You should also care to use the lightest one between your hands so that you won’t put too much force on your skin while you’re applying the pencil eyeliner.
In both types, you should care to apply the eyeliner after you have already applied the eye shadow.
